Can you provide examples of administrative purposes that the user data would be used for?

    Under FAQ:

    1.     Is my form submission data safe? Yes, your data belongs to you. We do not share or sell any user data. We also do not access your data for any non-administrative purposes.

    Thank you for contacting us,

    Administrative purposes includes:

    A.  - asking us to help you with problems such as billing, or troubleshooting a form, or have problems in your account such as change of username. It is only then with your allowed permission, we can open your account. Other than that, only you will see your account unless you allow or let someone else or a 3rd party to access your account.

    B. if you have violated something from our ToS such as phishing usernames and passwords or wrongly use or abuse our services. When it comes to this, we will be suspicious about your account and have sufficient evidence to conduct an investigation to your account. We can either suspend, ban or delete your account completely and are ONLY restricted to that.

Those are our administrative purposes we have.

We never share, trade or sell any data coming from your forms or from your account or from your billing info. Those are the non-administrative purposes which are ILLEGAL for us to do or for any company to do for that matter.

If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you
