My email is not receiving the Notification Email or Verification Code

    I am trying to set up a form using the email

    The email is not receiving any test emails (I checked the junk mail) nor will it receive the Verfication Code I need to add it as a reply email.

    I have gone into my web mail host and added you on to the "White List" so your emails won't go into the junk mail however that still has not solved the problem.

    Sorry I mean to add it as my Sender email

    IF someone could answer this right away please. I have to upload this form within the next day and am not going to upload something that can't even send a test email.

    If you are not receiving the verification email on that address. Kindly test a different email address. If not, I would suggest to try Mandrill as the method to add your email address as the sender mail. This method will allow you to user your email via mandrill´s servers.

    I do see that emails are being sent out eventhough they are not being received. Do make sure to test performing actual submissions to your form as opposed to just clicking the test email icon.
