I made a form and saved it, but now it isn't there. HELP!

Asked by Dujuana on January 02, 2014 at 07:42 PM

I just created my first form which took me about an hour.  I was saving my work

as I went along.  I went to "My Forms" to check it out, but there is nothing there!

Here is the link from the "preview":  http://form.jotform.co/form/40016592613852

The entire form is showing.  How do I restore without having to start all over?

Also, how to I make a little popup window over the text boxes?  I want to put an

explanation of what I want my filled into some of the boxes to clarify.  Here is an

example of someone else's form with the little popup windows: http://form.jotform.com/form/12631106170

If you hover over most any of the text boxes, a little window will pop up.  I want to

do that as well.  How do I do it?

I think the account was autosuspended as you left a form in blank and this appeared suspicious to our phishing detection system. Please avoid to leave untitled forms or unlabeled fields into a form

To answer your second question, to get the hover box, simply click on the field for which you want to show the hover message and then click on the Hover Text button (at the toolbar,  next to Sub-Label button)

Feel free to ask for more question, but we would appreciate if you open a single thread for each unrelated question.
