Editing Form AUTO-CREATE an 'Unititled Form'Asked by antoniooi on January 03, 2014 at 05:03 AM
When I clicked Edit Form, sometimes it shows me a blank new form. When I go back to the form list, I saw an "Unititled Form" automagically created by today. But when I select my intended form again, it shows properly.
I feel that JotForm is TOO BUGGY and almost become unusable nowadays. Please polish it.
I think this must be caused by performance issue earlier. There must be a lag on the form builder that is causing it to warp on its processes. This can result to when editing form, what it does is create new instead and auto save it. The save form will be the one to appear Untitled.
But I could not reproduce this at the moment since the performance issue was resolved already.
I am sure our higher ups have also took notice of your message, and will consider your suggestion.
