Account Suspended: Login Credentials

    I haven't got a password reset - I am using gmail login. Help! Nothing happens when I log in, it just goes back to the start!

    Your account got suspended because some of your forms are collecting log-in credentials that violated our  Terms of Use

    Online Form Builders, including Jotform, are sometimes being used for identity theft, and we go to great lengths to prevent this. That is why collecting these types of data is considered a phishing activity, as stated in our terms of use.

    Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar to an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

    In order to reactivate your account, we need your permission to delete the offending fields.
