Visual Reports: some browsers work others don't

    I sent up a report for one of my forms

    I can see this report on IE 11.0 and Chrome but not on Safari or Mozilla and some onlder IE.

    Why does it seem to work on some browsers but not on all? There are several people who are using this report from different browsers - need to have it work on all of them.

    I checked your report using FireFox and Safari and it worked perfect:

    It could be an issue isolated to some users only, or it is possible that the version of the browser tha is used to open the report is outdated and does not support the report.

    Could you please let us know the version of the browser you are using so that we can try testing in those version too and to further investagate?

    Problem -- The table displays, however the grid listing of the names right below the table does not populate. This shows up blank in your image under the Safari and Firefox windows.

    It's the grid listing that seems to fail.

    It's weird, I'm able to see the report with the grid listing of the names in Mozilla Firefox 26.0 (for Ubuntu)


    However, I am not able to see it in Chrome Version 31.0.1650.63 (for ubuntu)

    I also used browser emulator to test on IE9/Win7 with same issue


    I do not also show it in Chrome Ver 22.0/Win 8

    Seems like visual report is broken and will not show in all browsers, so I've opened a ticket to escalate and have our devs to fix this ASAP. Thanks for reporting this to us

    Do you expect a quick fix? We have several people who woould like to access these reports.

    Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA, but the ticket is open and we will let you know once it is fixed.

    In the meantime, you might consider using standalone Grid / HTML Listing reports.

    Also, I think that the issue is related to permissions. If you login to the JotForm site, it is most probably that you will see the correct report.
