I've looked around your KB and nothing there works.
My phone number and carrier code didn't work.
There has to be a way to do this?
I have your mobile app, but that doesn't work very well.

Please let us know what does not work so that we can deliberate for a solution.
In the meantime, please consider creating email notifications to a Gmail address, then create a filter in Gmail that will forward the message to your mobile phone number as an SMS:
Granted this workaround is a bit lengthy, but it works.
