I would like to designate who the form is emailed to based on a field.

I would like to have a checkbox field containing 20 different names and then have the form sent to the individuals selected on the form.  How would I accomplish this?

You can add multiple Email Notifications to your form (one Email Notification per recipient), and set them to be conditional.
