I Have been hacked several times through my PayPal account and keep a close eye on purchases.  I saw two purchases from Fastprings ("who the hell are they", I say to myself.)  On there website it says NOTHING about JotForm.  So I dispute it and ask them to credit my account for the amount they took.

They just emailed me (as you) and now I see those $45 transactions are for JotForm.  This is not good for you, or for me.  I need those accounts as there are important forms on them.

There needs to be a system that says what the payment is for on PayPal and bank statements.

    Hi Ryan,

No, we do not delete the accounts. You cancel the subscription and ask for the refund so the system automatically downgraded your account back to Free status. If you want to continue using the paid plan, you can re-upgrade anytime. Just please kindly log in to each account before doing the payment process.
