    For verification purposes, may we ask which email address you used to pay for the upgraded JotForm? Right now, your registered email address is bb1@bmcolombia.com.

    Can you confirm that you used the same when you paid for the subscription? you should use the same email address for all payments to avoid any issues.

    Hi bmbb9/Rene,

    It appears that you have used different email addresses when you paid twice for a Premium account. With your permission, we can refund the amount you paid erroneously.

    Your current account - bmbb registered under bb1@bmcolombia.com - reached its maximum submission limit since you now have 1106 submissions as of this writing. You can either upgrade to a Professional account or wait for the next cutoff date to reset the monthly submissions to zero.
