    How can I create a registration form for multiple (variable) attendees?

    We are trying to create a registration form for a conference.   Registrations will be submitted by chapters, not by individual members, and payment will be made by the chapter for the full delegation.

     

    Each chapter will have multiple attendees, and the number will vary for each chapter.   For instance, chapter 1 may bring 5 people to the conference, while chapter 2 brings 15.    

     

    Additionally, we need to collect data on each attendee, e.g. which option are the choosing for session 1, which for session 2, etc.

     

    Ideally, there would be a series of questions associated with the chapter, e.g. who is the president, who gets the Grand Umba award, etc.   Then, they would tell us how many people are coming under each of mulitple pricing options (Price 1, Price 2, etc.).   Then, for each individual, they would fill in the options specific to that person.

     

    When we download the file into Excel, we would need to be able to see the data for each individual attendee on a separate row.

    Hi,

    It seems you've already used the right tool to collect user information on your form. If you don't any clue how many number of users per chapter, dynamic fields would be the best tool that may fit on your requirements. They can easily add more fields dynamically on the form as they pleased. Here are some dynamic fields that you may want to try.

    You can also apply hide/show conditions on your form if you'd like to hide/show fields depending on the chapters selected.

    Regarding on the Excel data, each field questions are arranged by column depending on your form structure. Unfortunately, you can't arranged or organized the columns on the submissions page, you can only do that when you download your submissions data to excel file and edit it on your excel program.

    I have a field which shows the number of attendees and I want it to automatically update depending on the number of rows in the Matrix Dynamique field. I used the conditional fields option to calculate the value but it didn't work.
