Hey there!
Loving the approval flows! It's working great for our organization/ .
Just curious if there is a way for the outcome to be changed? For example, a person submits a response on the form, it is initially denied but further information is provided (via email) and the entry becomes approved and the workflow continues.
Thanks in advance. -

Please allow me some time to check the possibility of what you are looking for to achieve. I'll get back to you on this ticket as soon as possible.

Upon testing it further, it seems that what you are looking for to achieve is possible. What you will do is create another Approval element after the Send Email element that will be sent to the respondent when their submission is denied. The Approval element will send an email to the approver to approve/deny the submission again.
This way, after the submission has been denied, the submission will remain pending as it will be waiting for another approval.
An email will be sent to the respondent and an email will also be sent to the approver so he/she can decide again.
Here's an example of the final outcome. In my screenshot below the submission was denied initially but then it was approved after.
That ends the approval process for that submission and the submission was moved from the Pending Approvals tab to the Inbox tab of the Inbox page of the form.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
