    Forms not sending submission email.

    I have a valid e-mail address on file, and check it daily.

     

    However, none of my forms are sending any results to the e-mail on file.

    Hello Dws,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking your forms email alerts, I did not find any issue with it. The submission emails should work normally.

    Our email server log confirms that the submission emails are being sent successfully to email address "dws@my-syte.com". Please check the logs here:

    Have you already checked your spam folder? If you are using any email accient to access emails of my-syte.com, please check the spam folder of your email client. If the emails are not there in spam folder of email client, you may like ot check other folders of your webmail account.

    If you do not find emails in your webmail account, please contact your email service provider to find out if they are blocking any emails from jotform.com. You may also like to check our following guide and provide your email service provider the list of domain to white list:  http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

    I'm having the same issue. We have not received our forms in email since Jan 14th. Had we not sent ourselves a test form, we would have never have known it. We logged into our forms and there were several we hadn't received. This is the first time we've had this issue. We've had the same form since May 2014, 669 submissions total. This is the first time in 3 years that we've had an issue.

    I'm having the same problem, hotmail blocks JotForm?

    @markdiversoes  We do not have reports that Hotmail is blocking us. My recommendation for you is to remove the notifications from the spam folder and mark it as "this is not spam". If the problem persists, please open a separate thread.
