PDF Attachment missing data

I have inspected the form that you linked to and it appears that this form is in violation of our Terms of Use. Specifically the clause related to Collecting Sensitive Information.

"Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm Service to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to, credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm Inc. including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information."

I see that this form does not have any submission information. At this time I have removed the offending fields from your form and verified there are no other violations. Please ensure that you have reviewed the Terms of Use so that you can avoid future violations.

Please understand that we can't allow our forms to collect sensitive information with plain fields. If you would like to collect payments from your clients you may use one of our many Payment Processor integrations. As for your actual question, I have created a clone of your form as well as a test submission and I was able to see the area you highlighted in your screenshot on the emailed PDF.

Could you please provide more information about the issue you're experiencing?

Can we just collect the last 4 digit of the credit card?

Coz basically it's a authorization form, not a credit card collection

Please advise how to update the form if it's possible

Hi Anthony! Kindly note that you can collect last 4 digits of the credit card number as long as CVV and Expiry Date is not being collected.

Also, I have modified your PDF template to show the Card Number as well (right below the Customer Name).

Can you please help to check those PDF template able show the Card Number(last 4 digit) / all data in the email attachment?

I have inspected the form titled "GO24 Wong Tai Sin Client Check List", and I see that the PDF Document includes the Card Number on Page 4. I have created a test submission to a clone of your form and I was able to see the Card Number field in the attached PDF.

I have also inspected the forms titled "GO24 Shau Kei Wan Client Check List" and "GO24 Shau Kei Wan Client Check List" and I see the Card Number field. Could you please provide more information about which forms are missing the Card Number field?

Ys, I knew it's ok right now but just to confirm that they won't be missing data in EMAIL PDF once I rolled out the form

Hello! I noticed that you have this PDF template attached to your email notifications. Please note that this template will be attached as you see it in the PDF Editor.

You can also test this yourself by making test submissions on your form.
