I have a client who is using websitegrader.com and has run a report on her site. On her contact page, she has a jotform contact form. Her websitegrader.com is telling her that they are not recognizing the contact form on her contact page. Can you tell me why that will be and how to fix that. She is using wordpress.

I think it would be awesome if you can share us the url of the site where the contact form is embedded. Being able to see the actual site would definitely make our life easier in trying to figure out what exactly your problem is.
Although my hunch tells me that the form is embedded using Embed <> script codes. That website analyzer websitegrader.com cannot process the script codes and in turn, isn't able to see the form. You can try embedding the form using iframe.
To get the form's iframe codes:
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form
3. Click iFrame
4. Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen
Feel free to correct me if I am wrong in my assumptions. Also, please respond to the requests I have raised in the first part of my answer.
I look forward to your response.
