    can't add sender email to form response

    Hello,

     

    I'm using google apps for our decidetofly domain name and the mx records were not setup properly when I sent the verifitcation email so I never recieved the verification code. For some reason I tried to sent the verification code again and it's not sending a verification code to the email. I tested the info@decidetofly.com email and it worked fine for sending and recieving emails however it think your database may think it has already sent the code when it was never succesfully recieved due to the mx record issue. What can I do to get this sorted out so we can start using info@decidetolfy.com as our sender email?

    Hello jmbullis,

    Your email address "info@decidetolfy.com" is not in our bounce list and you should have received the verification code. Have you checked your spam folder already? Most likely, the verification code email should be there in your spam folder. The email is sent from "noreply@jotform.com" with the subject line as "JotForm - Email Verification". Actually a new verification code is sent, every time you try to verify an email address.

    No it is not, there are abesolutely no emails in the folder and it will not send the email to this email address. I'm not sure if it's a caching issues on your server or what, but something is going wrong.

    Hi,

    How about using Webmail? If that is possible, please try to access your Email from there. Then try the verification process again.

    Also, try to configure an email alert to your form and choose noreply@jotform.com as your sender email then submit a test entry to your form. Check if you can receive the email. If not, I would suggest adding our IP and Domain to your whitelist: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
