Mobile App: Downloaded PDF has different data from the Submissions field

    When I upload my forms into PDF they change. The order of fields switches around sometimes, and I see the same block of info from one form on all my other forms, getting clients information all mixed up.

    When I view in the "submissions" part it's fine. When I press download PDF this random section of information gets inserted in and doesn't belong there

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support! Can you please try creating a new PDF Template for your submissions, and let us know whether this issue persists on the new PDF you create?

    I made a new form, so far it is uploading to PDF ok.

    But in the new form I made some short text boxes and set a 20 character max. But when I test it out, I can type unlimited number of characters in those text boxes.
