Inserting form on a webpage faultyAsked by buurtbus98admin on January 06, 2014 at 07:59 AM
Dear Sir, after finishing the form "Aanmelding vrijwilliger Buurtbus 98" I copied the formcode by Ctr C and pushed the button "Insert" to put it onto my webpage. Unfortunately only a quarter of the total form is shown. What did I do wrong? Sinds my website is not published yet I can't give any other info then a screenshot as you are questioning below. Kind regards, Hermanv
Thank you for contacting us Hermanv. Forgive me for asking as I am unfamiliar with your web builder. What is the name of your web builder?
Also I would like to know if what Embed method did you copy from JotForm?. For situations like this, it is advisable to copy the IFRAME embed code when integrating it to most web builder softwares. Please refer to Getting the Form iFrame Code and copy the code instead.
Please let us know if you are still having problems on embedding your form on your web builder after doing the above suggestion so that we can assist you immediately. Thank you
It did not work with the IFRAME embed code either. I get the same result as
before. For your information: I am using Magix Web Designer 9 as my web
builder. Hope you can give me some more suggestions to solve this problem.

Thank you for giving us information about the web builder. It is possible that it does not show the form completely from Magix Web Designer 9 editor but will show on preview mode(if it has one) or you may also save the project you are working as a HTML file and test it on a browser and see if it is still cutting off. Most web builder programs are not accurate when using their editors so it is important to test them on real web browsers.
You may also try this from our user guide concerning Xara 7. Please refer to Changing Height in Xara 7. I understand that yours is Magix Xara Web Designer 9. We do not have yet a proper guide for the newer version 9 but it could have a different interface by now. However, the solution may fix the same issue as well. Please let us know if this does not work for you as well. Thank you
