I continue to get the error message below on both of my forms. I injected a few CSS scripts, but I'm not sure what causes the errors. I need these for training employees on them tomorrow and they need to sumbit, please advise!:
There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing.
As suggested, I have cleared the cache - and attempted in different browsers.

First off, please stop creating multiple threads for this issue.
Let me please inform you that this has been forwarded to our developers on this thread, https://www.jotform.com/answers/312488. As soon as the problem is fixed, our developers will update you on that thread.
We'd suggest deleting the two terms & conditions widgets on your form at least for now and used the regular checkbox tool under form tools to avoid getting that error.

Then use regular checkbox. Here's an example on how to make a terms & conditions with regular checkbox.
