Why is my form not allowing a user to submit their form for multiple fa

    Why is my form not allowing a user to submit their form for multiple family members? When the form is filled out and submitted there is a button allowing the parent to fill another form out for an additional patient. They can fill the form out but once they click the submit button for the second child they are given a warning that this form does not allow multiple submissions. Please advise, thanks!

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. To fix the issue you are having kindly check if the Unique Submission feature of your form on the builder page is enabled

    and disable it or set it to "No Check".

    Yes that is how I have it set up but I am still having issues. I can fill out and submit the form and then click the button next patient and fill out the form again for another family member but when I click submit again it gives me a warning that this form is not setup to allow multiple submissions.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. If after you have set these form settings on the builder page of your form to "No Check" and you are still having an issue.
