I want to send a reservation form to people who are interestedin attending a seminar. I want to sent an e-mail with the form embedded so they can respond from the e-mail. I also want to be able to send the e-mail one at a time not to a list of people. Can this be done

If your email client supports HTML formatting, embedding the form code itself in an email template should be possible. For best results, avoid using the embed codes that use scripts. It is safe and highly recommended to use the Iframe embed code.
As a friendly advice, consider also that not all of your recipients might be able to view the email form correctly. It will depend on the email program their using and the settings if it can open text only format, RTF, or HTML format. We suggest that you also place a hyperlink of the form just in case your recipient will not recognize the form.
