Approval buttons do not show in email

    Hello,

    I am testing an approval workflow for the first time. I tried a few templates, but for all, the approval buttons do not appear at the top of the email when an approver receives the submission. Can you assist? I suspect I am doing something wrong in the setup, but I am not sure.

    However, I cloned the form,

    Email autoresponder was sent to the responder.

    Jotform Inbox Approval shows the action option (Reserve Table | Not Available)

    However, no action option (Reserve Table | Not Available) on email sent to the Approver

    Kindly try removing the existing/current approval element, and then add it again.

    I was able to make the action option appears.
