I have two links (Contact Us and Send Feedback) on the same page that I want form to open as lightbox. If I remove the <a id="lightbox-CODE")> from one of the links the other works but when I try to have both at the same time only the link that is closest to <body> will work and the other won't.
How can I fix this?

May we ask for the URL where your forms are currently embedded? Since there is clearly a conflict between the two lightbox scripts, could it be possible that you place the other lightbox form in a page within an iframe?
We'll await your response so that we can further assist you. Thank you for using JotForm!

I had to use two separate forms for it to work which I was okay with but now I realized that it won't work in IE7. Works on all other browsers. Now what can I do? This is getting very frustrating.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Try removing the line src="https://www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback" from the second script code so it becomes like this:
As I do not have IE7 on my end, I have not tested if it would solve your problem. However, this solution worked for other users who have problems with embedding multiple lightbox forms.
Hope it does the same for you. Please keep us updated on your progress.

Thanks Neil. This morning I saw that this bug seems to have been fixed. Now I can use the same form multiple times on one page.
I tried it and it works.
