I apologize but I don't think we can do that. If you would like to test your notification and autoresponder mails, you can do so by going to Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notification (or Autoresponder), and then in the Compose Email Wizard, click Test Email to check if the email alerts are working fine.
Also, just so you know, your submissions count will reset on the first day of the next month. There is no need to worry about it since this month is nearing end.
