Hi @kristenksandersis,
Thank you for reaching us.
I understand that you want to clone a form.
You can copy another form, first you need to copy the URL of the form that needs to be cloned.
First, you need to go to the “My Forms” page and click the “Create Form” button.
Select Import Form from the options.
Select From a web page and enter the URL of the form that should be cloned.
Click the Create Form button at the bottom of the page.
Now, you will be directed to the Form Builder where you can start working on your new cloned form.
You can change the new form as per your request or needs.
If you want to learn more about cloning of the forms, you can follow the guide :
If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach us at any time.
Thanks for using JotForm!

So to share the link I imagine I need to copy the link and forward it
through a site like go daddy? Also do the links expire or they are good
forever?
Thanks,
Kristen

Hello Kristen,
Please note that it is actually not necessary to have a website to share your form. You do have the option of embedding your form directly on a webpage, however, it is not mandatory.
You can simply take the Form URL and share it with whomever you want to fill out your form. The Form URL does not expire. So long as your form is active, the URL will work. However, if you disable the form manually, then the URL will no longer work; until you reactivate the form that is.
