Or, am I limited to the format and colors, with only the ability to change the actual text and delete sections?

If it is possible to change the format and colors, please let me know where I might find some tips for doing so.  Thanks!

Yes, you can use one of our templates and edit/improve it in the form builder/editor. With jotform you do not have restrinctions in the control you have over the/your forms.

You can make changes to the layou/style of the form by using the tools our form builder have and also by injecting CSS codes. Here is how to inject CSS codes: How to inject custom CSS codes

Here you have some already elaborated CSS codes that could help you: Customize your Form using Custom CSS Codes

I hope this helps. Please inform us if you need further assistance with this inquiry.

Thank you. I have figured it out!
I have another question: is it possible to insert a table into my application form, a matrix-form table, and one that allows the applicant to complete the table?

Hello Heidi, I believe we have a matrix table that you can add into your forms. Under the Survey Tools you should be able to drag the Matrix Field to your form and set its Input type to use

If this is not the one you are referring, we recommend that you create a new thread for this matrix table inquiry as this is a separate issue from the main thread to avoid confusion and to let us focus in answering different topics on their own threads. Thank you
