"Next" button not working on Firefox (for OSX at least)Asked by IOCDF on January 06, 2014 at 04:03 PM
For some reason when our form is embeded onto our site the next button does not work in Firefox. I updated FF so it's current, but I am still getting the issue.
The form is located here: http://www.ocd2014.org/submit-workshop-proposal/
It DOES work on this form though: http://www.ocd2014.org/submit-a-keynote-proposal/
I am not sure what the issue is.
We apologize for this inconvenience. I am able to replicate the issue. However, It is happening on all browsers I tested, Chrome, Firefox and IE all under Windows 7. I also tested on Firefox(OSx) and the Next is not working as well.
It seems that it is happening only on this specific form of yours when embedded on your website. The standalone form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/33465280898972 works without problems on its own even on OSx under Firefox.
You may try to re-embed your form using the Iframe embed method as I can see you are using the normal method. This should protect the form for any code conficts from your website. Please let us know if this issue persists. Thank you
I changed it to the iframe embed method and it seems to be working now. Thank you.
