Form is still locked and saying our submissions are full

    Greetings,

    I checked your account and the submissions haven't reached its limit yet. If you are referring to the account associated with form 72625979359273 , then the forms under it are inaccessible because the account currently has 111 submissions which exceed the 100 monthly submissions limit of free account.

    Do note that monthly submission limits along with other monthly limits such as form view limit will reset on the first day of every month. You should be able to access the form normally once the reset is done.

    Hi There, I have cleared all of my submissions, but i am still getting an error when i click on the link. Please advise, it is still saying it is over the submission limit. Do I need to wait a certain amount of time for the reset to take place?
