    Can't see changes in preview

    When I click on the preview button on the main page for the Pac-12 Men's Basketball Tournament, Pac-12 Women's Basketball Tournament, and Pac-12 Joint Men's and Women's Basketball Request for Proposal Information forms, the changes aren't made aren't being reflected in the preview. 

    I would like these links http://form.jotform.com/bdteam/11735209199 and 

    to reflect the changes that have been made. Please let me know if this is possible.

    I can confirm the existence of this issue. It appears that the url with form instead of www aren't properly reflecting the changes being made to the form.

    Please use these links for your form instead:

    Thanks for such a quick response!

    These links still have the old versions in them. Will the developers be able to have the links display the updated information? It is important that they reflect the new information because they were already distributed to individuals to fill out.

    Hi Katie,

    Yes, our development team will have this fixed so that the links show the updated versions of your forms. I have increased the priority of the report ticket I have submitted so that the Jotform devs will start working on it as soon as they can.

    Bugs are of the highest priority for our development team, that I can assure you. We will contact you via this thread, if there are any updates regarding this matter.

    You should use form.jotform.com URLs. They are served from a Content Delivery Network (CDN) so it may take upto a minute for them to be updated with the latest version of the form but after the first view, your forms will work much faster for your users. Since the the form is retrieved from the closest location on the CDN, we highly recommend using form.jotform.com on form URLs. For example, someone from California will get the file from the edge location located in California. Same for someone from Europe. If you use www.jotform.com on your form URLs, your users will always get the form from New York.
