    Can I use paypal on a basic account? I keep trying to add it, but it says I can only have one payment method on my form, but I don't have any!

    As far as I can tell, you have 3 forms, and 2 of them already have a payment integration

    Product Order Form

    Purchase Order Form

    You can use any payment integration in your free account.

    However, you can only use one payment integration per form

    Should you have more questions, let us know

    Thank you for your reply.

    Although I get a pop-up saying that I already have a payment integration on each of my forms, I can't see them anywhere on the form, and I have not registered my paypal account details. Am I missing something? Thanks.

    @chuck1es

    Unfortunately, you can only use 1 payment tool per form. Its either purchase order tool or any of the available payment gateways. If you'd like to use Paypal, you have to delete your purchase order payment tool. When you attempt to add another payment tool, a pop up error message will appear.

    I can see you have purchase order tool in your form.

    Please review. Thanks!

    I must be really missing it...I don't get it.
    Looking at the screen below, I can see my order form, but I can't see any payment method. Where is the paypal or payment tool?
    Thanks,

    Hello David,

    As mentioned already by my colleague, you can have only one payment question in your form. Adding multiple payment tool in one form is not allowed. Upon checking your account, I found that you have 3 forms. Two of your forms already have payment question. Please check the details below:

    1. Purchase Order Form: In this form, the question "New Year Offers January 2014" is actually a payment tool. Please check the screenshot where I have marked the payment question

    2. Product Order Form: In this form, the question "New Year Offers" is actually a payment tool. Please check the screenshot where I have marked the payment tool:

    3. Third form which is not titled yet, does not have any payment question added. You can add a payment question in your form.

    Do get back to us if we are not looking at the correct forms. Do get back to us with the screen shots of your form if the issue persists. This guide should help you upload images in your forum post: https://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

    Thank you!

    Oh right, I didn't see this as a payment tool, only as an order form. So how does someone actually make a payment to me via this method?

    @chuck1es

    Using our payment tools whoever that have accounts with the payment gateway/method you are using can purchase products you sell throu your forms. Firts, your form users need to complete the form and choose one of your products, then, they need to submit the form, after that they will be redirected to the payment page of the payment gateway you are using in your form so that they can perform the payment.

    Once they complete the process everything will be done.

    I hope this helps. If you need help with something unrelated to the original inquiry of this thread, kindly create a new thread and we will be more than glad to assist you.

    Thanks

    Biut it doesn't. I have just tested it for the umpteenth time and when I complete the form (as if i'm a 3rd party) and then press the submit button, all I get is a new page with a  message "Thank You, your submission has been receievd" http://submit.jotformeu.com/submit/40055989692367/ Submission received page There is no way for payment to be made.

    A form user is not redirected to any payment page for any payment gateway. You say payment gateway that 'you are using' but I don't know what this is. I want it to be paypal but it's not letting me add paypal.

    I've sussed it ! Just needed to delete 'order form' and replace with 'payment tool' !

    I didn't realise that the 'order form', wasn't an 'order form'.
