Sir/Madam, I Submitted A complaint for my purchased of " Minilinq - Complete Premium URL Link Shortener "

    Sir/Madam:

          I'm Robert Lapuz from Philippines.

               And i opened an account here using my email address --  " robertlapuz@gmail.com "   

          And i purchased the said software at AppSumo.Com.

    And before it expire the sale of the " Minilinq - Complete Premium URL Link Shortener. "

          But there is a problem arises, when i redeemed & opened new account at Jotform.Com as given instruction unto me. 

          The lifetime license didnt work, when i completed all the procedures required. 

          Please and kindly that i'm requesting in your office, please help me to resolve this problem of my purchased of the said software. 

          Please and kindly see my send attaches o f screenshot pictures of my proof of my purchased and my complaint as will.

          I do hoping that my purchased will be recover, and use it, as i see it very useful indeed.

    Hi Robert,

    There seems to be some kind of misunderstanding here. Jotform does not have any lifetime subscription plans. We only offer monthly and yearly plans.

    The details you've shared do not show anything related to JotForm. We are not linked with Minilinq either.

    Could you please share the instructions where you were redirected to Jotform?

    Please also share the page screenshot where the Jotform lifetime plan is offered.
