    Payment Workflow

    PayPal Pro form:  Do I place payment before or after submit.  Once payment is made, does the screen go back to form for completion or after submit, does it return for payment?  If not, how can this be done?

    PAyment will be processed after the form has been submitted. If the user does not complete the payment process, their submission will be markes as an incomplete payment submission, and you will be able to choose to contact the user to complete the payment process or to delete the submission. 

    If you would like the user to be returned to redirected to a Custom URL, you can go to the following settings on the Form Builder:

    Go to Setup & Embed | Thank you | Custom URL | then click on Next

    Then add the Custom URL you want and click on finish:

    Once they have performed the payment process, they will be redirected to your desired custom URL.

    My customers have received an email from PayPal with the submission complete and it charged to their account but it is showing incomplete in my jot-form dashboard so we never received an updated customer list in our PayPal account and canceled our event. So now we need to refund them. Hi do we go about doing that? Completing the payments then refunding via PayPal? Or do we need to delete the submissions here in jotform?
