Our submission quota reached the limit of 500 subs. Recently I deleted some old submissions, but the counter didnt update. Could you please check?

Please make sure to delete the submissions from the trash as well:
Please give it a go and let us know if it still displaying the error.

Hi, Anita, I erased all the trashed entries but its still displaying the error. Is it still over the limit of submissions?

Hi,
it seems like there was some delay. Now you are within the limit again. If you are still seeing the message, please clear your browser's cache and check again.

Still not working. Having this issue only with the form "Novo Cadastro de Produtos". The other ones are working. I tried clearing the cache and more old submissions. Is there anything else I can do?
I think this happened in the last 2 months, after the last day of the month, the submissions counter didnt reset and I had to reach the support for help. Could it be any configuration of the account? -
