Count # of multiple choice selections made

We have widgets in place to track form submissions using Google Analytics or Zuko (Formisimo). 

For Google ads conversion - You can get a conversion tracking pixel (NoScript) and add it to the source of the Form Thank You, Page. Please check this thread to see how this can be done:

I’m not trying to track form submissions, I’m trying to count the number of boxes that are checked in the multiple choice section, then auto-populate the total due by multiplying that number by the price. Is this possible?

It's not possible to pass a value to inventory widget. Here's what you can try.

1). Enable calculation values for each checkbox field https://www.jotform.com/help/301-how-to-assign-calculation-value.

2). Capture those values using form calculation widget https://www.jotform.com/widgets/calculation

3). Pass the value from form calculation to your payment field https://www.jotform.com/help/275-how-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field.
