Cannot download signatures

    Hi,


    I tried to download letters of support as a PDF and none of the signatures appeared. You can see this in the picture. Can you tell me how to download INCLUDING the signatures?

    Please try updating the privacy settings and disable these options: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

    After that, please check it again and see if the signature is still not showing properly.
