Fillable PDF with blanks & signature

    Hi,


    I am made a form and then when I downloaded it to be a fillable PDF it said the fill in the blanks and signature field are not supported.


    Do you know how I can download it with the blanks and signatures in tact?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! After cloning this form into my account, I was able to reproduce the behavior you are describing, but was able to resolve this issue by creating a new PDF document. Can you please try following the steps in the User Guide below to create a new PDF Template, and let us know whether this issue persists?
