Asked by drakeladue on January 07, 2014 at 05:42 AM

Ill add the padding to the CSS thats where I thought it needs to be but can't use an Iframe were integrating with shopify

and the content needs to work with their check out so Jscript its gotta be Ill let everyone know how it worked out
No thats not the case  for the conditioning issue it doesn't work on Jotform  The conditions are working for some and not for others.  If we keep forcing the issue it the problem sometimes disappears which tells us its on the jotform condition side nothing else

    Hi,

I am really confused as to what the issue you are reporting here...

Can you please review your message and reiterate what exactly is the problem.
We will provide you assistance once we sorted out how.

I did checked your embedded form here http://ocutech.myshopify.com/products/ocutech-ves-k-3x-4x  and noted that you had embedded the form using its source code.

Since you are embedding the form to a Shopify website, the default embed code recommended by JotForm is the script code as described in this guide -Adding-Form-to-Shopify-Store-Frontpage

Have you tried already re-embedding the form using the default code?

    Inform us if issue persist.

    Thanks.

OK I will get the form to sit in its place where it won't jump. But we are having major issues with the conditional formatting within Jotfor. It is not saving conditions. You put them in then you preview and the conditions you just saved do not take affect. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. There is an issue with the conditional formatting. ITS NOT WORKING! It has nothing to do with Shopify!

    Hi,

Thank you for explaining it further. I think I am now able to understand the issue you are having.

I could see now that you had re-embedded the form  in your website http://ocutech.myshopify.com/products/ocutech-ves-k-3x-4x  using the script code described in the Shopify guide.

The embedded form I see in your website is the updated form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40055664703956 .

Can you please confirm if this is correct?

Can you please tell us also which "condition" is not working? I tested the form and I encountered some condition logic in place -- but I am just not sure which condition you are referring to as not working.

The prevent the form from jumping on top, try adding the ?nojump extension in the URL of the embedded form like this

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformpro.com/jsform/40055664703956?nojump"></script>

    Thanks.

Thank you for the clarification about the problem. I checked on this some more via the direct form that you mentioned is the problem. I can see that it returns no answer. It looks like something within your Conditions is not configured correctly. The only thing that I did not come across is the Form byt itself but on your Website it seems to relate strictly there.

I think that this is happening since the size of the form changes so the container for the form isn't fitting right thus it's forcing the form to change sizes and because of that the browser is failing to recognize any such anchor to keep it tethered to the form in the same place. There's some scripts that might help but it's a matter of finding the one that will work for that or you could try using a hidden overlay to contain it better. I will need some more time to try to figure that part out.

Now when I checked your conditions for the field that should show one answer when the option " VES-mini " but I could see that there is some sort of conflict with this causing it not to appear correctly.

This is slightly complicated because of the fact that you have a lengthy form with several conditions used in it. The problem with that is that it can lead to conflicts if any questions are using more than one answer per rule for each which has been intertwined between them.
