HIPAA Forms and Self-creating Forms

I need to upgrade a client account to be HIPAA-compliant. However, before I do this, I need to know which integrations still function with HIPAA-compliant forms. Please inform with a complete list.

Also, I am looking for a way to make my clients able to customize and create new forms based on a template without using the Form Builder. My clients are not technically capable and this process working within Jotform is too difficult. How can I do this? Must I create custom code?

    Hi,

When you attempt to upgrade the account to a HIPAA account, the upgrade wizard detects any integrations that are not HIPAA compliant and will show you if any field or integration needs to be removed.

You can find all the HIPAA compliant integrations in the screenshot below:

I do not believe it possible to create a form using Jotform with the form builder.

I guess it might possible to use custom code, but I would not know how you would create such a function.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
