How can I expand the available appointments for a partricular day. It's not letting me do it for today.

You can adjust the time interval to open more slots. However, please note that this opens the same number of slots for every same day of the week. Example: If you open 10 slots on Tuesday, this would open 10 slots every Tuesday. If you want to open the slots just for today, you can edit the interval settings later to go back to the original slots.
