Email Response has suddenly changed...

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Checking the email notification on the form in question, I can see that there's an email field specified for reply-to email as shown below.

    Is the issue still persistent? If so, can you please authorize me to temporarily add myself as an email recipient and test-submit your form so I can further investigate the issue?

    Hi there,

    I temporarily added myself as an email recipient, did a test submission, and the "reply-to" info is showing in the email notification as expected.

    Can you please check the email notification you received related to my submission and see if the issue still persists.
