    Notice About Downgrading Account

    I got a notice via email saying that my account had been downgraded. I have always had the free account. Did something change in the free account that I should be aware of? Will it affect any of my forms and how many submissions we can have, etc.?

    @Brian, 

     

    Probably you received an email about the form being disabled or downgraded because your last months submissions was more than 100 which is above the limit for Free users. I can see your account is good and active. The submission counts resets every 1st of the month probably that is why your account was not disabled. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks,

    If we go above the amount of submissions for the free account, will we lose any of those submissions (101, 102, etc.)?

    If you max out the limit , your form will be scheduled to be "downgraded" which means disabled, in the meanwhile you will still get submissions, but once the form is disabled nobody else will be ble to submit

    No, your forms are not disabled. As my colleague jedcadorna stated in his message, your account and forms are good and active. That is because your submission counter get reset to zero and your forms were not disabled. 

    You can view the status of your limits by clicking in the icon that seems a person head.

    So, do not worry all is working correctly.
