Billing problem

    I am being billed a monthly charge in error because I recently took advantage of the yearly subscription offer.  Can you please reverse this charge and change my account to paid in full for the next year?

    I tried to cancel these monthly payments, but received a message saying that my account would be cancelled, and I have a LOT of forms that I don't want to lose, so that option concerned me.

    Please cancel the monthly payments or let me know how I can safely cancel them!!!

    We apologize for this inconvenience. I have now cancelled your monthly subscription and fixed your account. You should be able to receive notification about the changes on your billing and your next billing date should be Jan 6th 2015. This happened because you upgraded a wrong username OssiningCampMeetingAssoc but I have now corrected it.
