Hi - I keep getting this error, but I have a different stripe account connected to a different form and that works fine?

Are you referring to the form Booking Extras? This form doesn't have Stripe implemented. Please make sure you connect to your Stripe account:
You need to connect Stripe in every form where you wish to use it.

Hi, yes I have been connecting it and it keeps dropping the connection. I know how to connect, as said on query, i've got it working on other forms. I've looked at some other support info and it mentions cache issues, so i'll try that.

If clearing the cache doesn't work, please try to make a clone of your form and connect your Stripe account there. If you are still having problems, please let us know.
