How can I update my username on my JotForm account?

    Hello @lethabob,

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    For paid accounts, which is your case, our support team will actually need to make the username change for you.

    Please provide us with three different usernames in order of preference and we will check their availability. Whichever one is available will be used for your new username.

    Hi,
    We would like to try SouthHillGallery
    But second choice would be SouthHillGalleryAppointments
    And third SouthHillGalleryFraming.

    Thank you for providing the additional usernames.

    As per your request, I have now gone ahead and changed your username from lethabob to SouthHillGalleryAppointments. You may now access your account using the new username.

    Please note that if you were using any custom URLs with the previous username, those links will no longer work. You can go ahead and change them to reflect your new username by using this helpful user guide: How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form
