Issues with Non-Profit contact form on JotForm website.

    Every time I try to fill out the nonprofit submission form it redirects me to the sign up page (even though I have already signed up and logged in)

    Apologies for the issues! It may be an issue with the local cache in your browser. If you follow this external link here, there is a guide for every web browser on how to reset the cache. After resetting or clearing your cache, try logging in again and filling out the form. Alternatively, you can use this direct link here!
