    Application form

    Asked by arzacanada on January 07, 2014 at 12:40 PM

    I am creating an application form for our non-profit organization.  Since we have family membership, there may be more than 1 name to enter on the application form.  I am presently using PayPal Pro form.  I would like to have a section where the applicant can add up to 5 names and e-mail addresses to the list of members.  Is there an easier way to do it than adding 5 separate information boxes?

    Hi Elliot,

    We have a few widgets that can dynamically add textboxes. You may consider using this instead so you won't add multiple fields to the form by default:

    -http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/add_options

    -http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/field_multiplier

    Do let us know here if you need further assistance.

    Thanks

    Thank you.  Is there a way to change the font size of the column headers. Also of the text, size and color?

    Hello Elliot. After dragging one of the dynamic fields that my colleague has presented to you, a wizard should popup that lets you customize the color. I think this is only present for the Matrix Dynamique Widget

    As for the font size, I think this can not be done at the moment as most of the widgets are embedded as Iframe and inserting some CSS codes to change their style will have no effect on what is inside on the iframe. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you

    @arzacanada

    Sorry but that's not possible. You can only customized widgets base on the provided widget settings. However, I have escalated this to our higher ups as a feature request. I could not guarantee you of it's  implementation but rest assured, you will be informed here once the solution is available.

    Thank you!

    @arzacanada

    Sorry, I just realized we have a separate support page for widgets. To submit your request for that particular widget, please select and open the widget page http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/matrix_dynamique and click the support button found below the page.

    Thanks!
