JOT FORM IS OFF LINE: CANTT ACCESS FORMS, PEOPLE CAN LOG IN.. ALL INTERMITENT TODAY FROM ANY WHERE IN THE EAST COAST

We are truly sorry to hear that. I checked our status page for downtime https://status.jotform.com/ but we have been pretty stable. I'm not quite certain but the problem could be very temporary. As of checking your forms, everything seems to be loading normally as usual. Do you mind checking it again this time?
