How do I allow a collaborator to download submissions as a PDF? It seems the only options they have is to download the basic answers to the required questions without the paragraph of terms and conditions that come along with it.

Hi,
It seems that allowing collaborators to download the PDFs is not yet available in the Tables.
I was able to find multiple feature requests for this, but I have also forwarded this as a new feature request to weighten the importance of this feature.
Meanwhile, you can add the collaborator's email address to the notification email, and add the PDF attachment to the notification email, so that the collaborator also receives it.
Another option would also be to connect your form to Google Drive, and give the collaborator access to the Drive folder. Submissions will be uploaded to the Drive as PDF files automatically.

Hello DBBaskett ,
We’re writing to let you know that you can now allow your collaborators to download PDF documents in JotForm Tables.
To do this, you need to share the PDF documents you want your collaborators to access from JotForm PDF Editor.
1. Open the PDF Editor and just click the Share button in the header section of JotForm to get started.
2. From the Share modal, you can create a invitation link and select the PDF Documents that your collaborators can access though Tables.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
