Share the submissions page with employees and allow them to just view submissions without any editing access.

I would need to give access to the submission data and the reports and insights generated from JotForm along with the approval requests to different users (sales manager, QA, purchasing officer). But they will not be creating or editing anything on the platform apart from approval requests and receiving email notifications.

Can I purchase silver plan from one of my accounts and collaborate with other users for now (without them having to purchase a silver plan as well)?

I require other users only for receiving email notifications and approvals, that's it.
