We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. It seems that you have reached your account's Upload Storage Limit. The Upload Storage Limit refers to the total size of uploaded files that can be stored in an account. It refers to the files that your respondents have uploaded and submitted on your form. Accounts on a free subscription have a limit of 100 MB of storage space.
I have checked your account and it currently has a total of 101.06 MB.
You have the option to either upgrade your account to a higher plan or delete the uploaded files on your form to free some upload storage space.
If you will choose the latter, please make sure that you back up your form submission data first before you delete them. You can back your form submission data by downloading it. Please note that manually deleted submissions are irrecoverable.

If you only want to delete the uploaded files but not the submission the files are under, here's what you can do.
First, go to the JotForm Tables and view your form submissions — How-to-view-Submissions
Then, do this to the files under the column for the File Upload field on your form.
